Over the last week you may have noticed that the website has been in maintenance mode throughout several hours. We’ve been doing some work to speed up the website, updating the software, as well as installing a new CDN. You should hopefully see considerable improvement in page-load times now.
We have also updated the CCBill payment form – it is now responsive, available in 15 languages, and displays the billing amount in 6 various currencies (both options can be selected from the relevant drop-down menus). Moreover, European customers can now pay without a credit card, directly from their bank accounts – either via the new SEPA payments option (supports 32 European countries), or DirectPayEU (supporting 36 European countries). Just choose the relevant payment option on the form and follow the instructions to complete the order via either of these payment methods.
Finally, the FAQ has been updated with a section to guide customers through purchase, download and playback of Fight Pulse videos, with tips on how to download files more reliably.
