The star of New Blood 2026, Bambi ⓘ, takes on Nacho ⓘ in this must-watch competitive mixed wrestling match!
If you’ve seen her unbelievable performance in the series, you know that 2026 is the year of Bambi. The way the newcomer blends her background in circus arts and acrobatics with her love of combat in her matches is something very special.
This match, MX-297, is Bambi’s debut, filmed on casting day, in December. It left everybody speechless.
Nacho, our photographer, even though has lost some weight since last year, goes into the match with confidence in his experience. But as the first round unfolds, he is hit with a realization that in front of him (rather, surrounding him), is a tall order, at this precise moment:
Because this was filmed on casting day you will see that the atmosphere in the video is more casual, and we even included some backstage banter. However, the match itself is absolutely fantastic and must be among the best debuts – a rare MX debut – by a local talent.

Increcible woman ! I for the short time I have been able to watch Bambi she is already one of my favourites of all time. Her natural talent and the the genuine beautiful joy she has are captivating and exceptional, just imagine her getting the experience now, unstoppable !
Wow !! I have been anticipating bambi`s first MX Single-Video ! And it is agains Nacho, superb ! I love when the ladies whoop a bigger guy, makes the girlpower feel more intense and unstoppable 😀 I will absolutely write a proper review once I have watched it !

No rookie should be compared to the legendary Veve Lane, but this match, only Bambi’s third mixed match, reminded me of an interview I once saw with Veve in which she said that before she was doing videos or studying BJJ, her first wrestling experience was beating her college b/f in wrestling. Some people are just naturally good at wrestling and have an innate understanding of how to manipulate their body and their opponents’.
Bambi is clearly one of those people. This may be her third mixed match, but this beautiful young woman looks like she’s been grappling for at least 3 years. It’s also clear that every bit of her 141lbs is not only muscle, but functional muscle. As you can see from the photos, Nacho is in good shape at 5’10”, and yet there are times when he seems not only out maneuvered but out muscled by Bambi.
The greatest example of this is also the best part of the video, at least IMHO. At one point Bambi and Nacho get each other in a body scissors hold at the same time. But not only is Bambi able to get herself in a slightly better position, but it is clear that her lower body is stronger than Nacho’s. They begin squeezing and within seconds, Nacho realizes that he’s not going to win this battle and tries to work his way out of it. Meanwhile, it’s obvious that Bambi would’ve loved to have her and Nacho remain in those holds so she could have taught him a painful lesson in feminine power. Indeed, she mentions this moment in the post-match interview.
I’m not exaggerating when I say that Bambi has the potential to be not only one of Fight Pulse’s greatest finds, but also one of the greatest ever on the mixed wrestling scene. She’s already impressive, but a couple of years of grappling/BJJ training would make her a nearly unstoppable force. Add formal training on top of her natural physical ability, instincts and talent and she’ll be handing out emasculating lessons in female superiority to guys on a regular basis.
You have observed this very well and stated something about Bambi that is very striking, her natural talent ! It is so ovious and it will be expanded upon with time and will create a force of nature on these mats, most definitely. Her personality is awesome aswell. I love these nice girl next door fighting machines, makes you respect women even more, that even the sweetest girls are soo strong if they realize how to move and Bambi is naturally good at that.

First of all, the quesadillas were awesome. I did not order a margarita with that because I am almost 5 years sober and want to stay that way.
Bambi in jean shorts is nothing less than spectacular. To me, this is a natural look for her and all I can say is DAMN!!! I give Nacho a ton of credit too. He looks great and has definitely been doing the right things to take care of himself. Mad props Bro!
The match itself was quite an interesting chess match on the mat, but something definitely caught my eye. I think Bambi enjoys pins a lot more than she led me to believe in my custom with Harold. 3 out of 4 of her victorious falls in this match were via pinning Nacho to the mat. Perhaps she is having a change of heart? We shall see!

I think she had more pins than submissions partly b/c that’s how the match worked out and partly b/c though she is a natural, she doesn’t have great submission skills yet. Remember that at the end of the video during the post-match interview she did say her favorite part of the match was the double body scissors moment, which she won and would have been a submission had Nacho not smartly retreated. She seems like she’ll enjoy making men beg for mercy in the future.
