Both Akela and Frank genuinely get into it, which makes NC-285 the best experiment in this regard so far, objectively surpassing the first two, which were at least partly performative.
The 7 positions practiced in this video are: astride fear, the clock of justice, mercy as a choice, the return of Judith, the warrior (combines both warrior poses), the right angle (replaces the downward dog), and the whisper of surrender.
