This is the third match with Zsuzsa during her and Viktoria’s visit to Fight Pulse. Zsuzsa (5′ 4″, 130 lb) faces the bigger but inexperienced Ryan (6′ 1″, 154 lb) in a competitive mixed wrestling match. If you have seen Zsuzsa’s previous matches with us and Ryan’s match against Viktoria, you already know who the winner’s going to be. There are beautiful tight schoolgirl pins – front and reverse, – and a number of amazing scissor hold submissions in this one that you don’t want to miss.

Zsuzsa puts on a dominant performance against Ryan in this competitive pins and submissions style mixed wrestling match. Ryan is clearly a fit and strong young man and he definitely tries hard to win and stop his opponent in this video, but he simply does not have much wrestling experience as his tough female opponent, and that costs him in this match. Zsuzsa, on the other hand, is quite a bit smaller than her male opponent, but she is a bit older than him and she clearly has much more wrestling skill and experience than he does. Because of this, the match starts out somewhat even, but ends up with Zsuzsa winning with a decisive score of 10-0.
If these two individuals had the same amount of wrestling knowledge and experience, I am sure that Ryan would win the match due to his substantial advantages in upper body strength and size. But clearly, that is not how wrestling matches are decided. Instead, they are decided by wrestling knowledge, skill, stamina, and overall athletic ability and in each of these areas, Zsuzsa has substantial advantages over the male. She shows this by escaping each time that Ryan gets the superior position on her, which happens a decent number of times during this match, especially at the beginning. Ryan is in great physical shape and is strong, no doubt, but once he gets into a superior position, he seems unsure of what to do next, and is then unable to pin Zsuzsa or make her submit, due to his inexperience in wrestling and she always is able to escape every time, without losing a point in the entire match. In contrast, Zsuzsa is able to either pin Ryan or force him to submit most of the times that she gets the superior position, and that is because of her better knowledge of wrestling, as well as her superior skill and stamina. She wins points against him with various submission holds, particularly scissor holds and headlocks, as well as a few pins, including front and reverse school-girl pins, during this match.
All in all, this is a nice mixed wrestling match that I think most fans of mixed wrestling will enjoy. I think the only thing that would have made this video better would be if there had been pre-match and post-match interviews, as most of the competitive wrestling matches at Fight Pulse have, but it is still a very nice video. It is a great example of a smaller but more experienced female wrestler defeating a bigger but less experienced male wrestler in a competitive wrestling match and it shows, once again, that wrestling skill and knowledge are more important than size and strength in this sport. I believe that fans of this type of mixed match will definitely enjoy this video!
