MX-99: Diana vs Viktor (Middleweight Tournament #2)

The second semi-final match of the competitive middleweight 4-person tournament pits Diana ⓘ against Viktor ⓘ! You can read more about this mixed tournament as well as watch the introductory video in this blog post. The winner of this match will progress to face the winner of MX-98 Venom vs Luke in the final match (tbr Wednesday).

There is no doubt that Diana is the most technical grappler at Fight Pulse, and Viktor is the strongest male. While Diana is strong enough to outmuscle most females and many males at Fight Pulse, Viktor’s upper-body and core strength poses a challenge. This mixed battle is a battle of technique vs strength.

Diana’s excellent pinning technique, honed by years of Judo training, is something that Viktor has no tools to deal with. Diana immobilizes her male opponent underneath her round after round, neutralizing his power, to score a dominant victory.
